The business owner Richard Austin asked us to help him promote Low Cost Accounts to gain more reach and visibility of the services they provide and to attract new clients, through a new website and social media.

Low Cost Accounts wanted an easy to use website targeted at SME’s and Trades people, that had a function enabling potential clients to get an instant quote. We were able to design this and integrate it into the website. With the video they already had, we were able to integrate this into their website and also manage their social media which has been effective by utilising Instagram Reels which is driving people to the website and increasing the number of new clients they get.

- Mini film days with the team members at Low Cost Accounts to engage followers, achieve more interaction and to introduce the team, their experience and values to potential clients.

As part of their social media management package, we created reels like this one, with some fun content to help engagement with the business and the team behind the name. Reels is a great way of increasing views to Social Media. As one of Low Costs USP’s is that they provide a friendly and personal service to their clients so we felt this was a great way showcase their personalities.
