Patients remember less than 50% of what they’re told during a consultation

According to a report in the BMA, less than 50% of patients remember what they are told during a consultation. We work with many practices whose dental teams are doing a great job discussing treatments with their patients, but whose patients don’t commit there and then. By providing patient information, patients are able to make informed choices about their treatments, while having some questions they may have answered.
