The salon owner Furheen Janjua asked us to help her promote her hair and beauty salon in West Bridgford. This warm and friendly salon was a hidden gem in the area and she wanted to let more people know about the salon and grow her business locally.

The challenge:
Furheen was looking to attract more customers to the salon, particularly to fill the quieter mid-week slots. She was also looking to promote some of her higher value treatments such as Permanent Straightening and Keratin Smoothing Treatments.
We began by having a ‘deep dive’ meeting with the owner Furheen, to really understand her business, what her goals were and the areas she needed to focus on in order to grow her business. Following this meeting we were able to create some strong key messages for the salon and create a strategy to help her move forward with her business growth, through social media and online advertising.

‘Meet the team’ videos on social media are a great way for customers to get to know your team before they visit your business. This video featuring Senior Stylist Amy resulted in a good level of engagement and really helped new clients to get to know Amy and what she could do to help them.
